Spinach Bacon Crustless Quiche

It is so satisfying and so quick to prepare that it will soon turn into a favorite family recipe. This quiche is a great dish for brunch, lunch or dinner. This Spinach Bacon Crustless Quiche is really flavorful and very comforting. It is a perfect dish alongside some crusty bread and a fresh salad. 

How to make Spinach Bacon Crustless Quiche

This crustless quiche recipe is very easy and quick to prepare and is made with basic ingredients you usually have in house. For this recipe, you simply have to cook some bacon slices until crisp. In that bacon grease, you will then sauté some onion and a bit of spinach. Then you quickly mix some eggs with cream and milk and stir in the bacon and onion spinach mixture. Pour the egg mixture into a pan or cast iron skillet and bake until beautifully golden. You don’t even have to use many dishes to make this recipe. It is very easy.

Even if you don’t have all the ingredients, you can easily adapt this quiche recipe to suit your tastes. You can add different veggies like mushrooms, peas, or red pepper. You can also add different greens like broccoli or chives or different types of meat like ham or smoked sausage. Of course, you can add different types of cheese like Parmesan, Cheddar Swiss Cheese, or Gouda. 

You can serve this crustless quiche either warm or cold and that makes it a great appetizer idea as well. You can also consider making this quiche in advance and keep it refrigerated until ready to serve.

  1. I needed a gluten free quiche recipe. I just made one and it is rally good! I had some friends over and I had to make do with green and red peppers instead of spinach. I used a greased pie glass container with parchment pepper at the bottom instead of the iron skillet. I baked four batches in a convection oven and it took 20 more minutes than your recipe. I also used half a cup of milk and half a cup of sour cream because that is all I had. Also, I used turkey and pepperoni in place of bacon. Everyone like it very much. I am very grateful for sharing your recipe! God reward you.
