(15 ml) vegetable oil

Marsala Coffee Mixture

(15ml) Marsala wine

(1g) instant coffee
Mascarpone Topping
1/4
cup
(60g) Mascarpone cheese

(8g) powdered sugar
cocoa powder

Instructions
In a cappuccino mug (7 fl.oz. (200ml) capacity) add flour, raw sugar, baking powder, instant coffee and salt. Mix to combine.
Add milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Don’t overmix.
In a small bowl mix mascarpone with powdered sugar.
In another small bowl mix Marsala wine with instant coffee.
Microwave the tiramisu mug cake for 1 minute until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Pour Marsala wine mixture over the cake and let it soak it in.
Top with mascarpone mixture, dust with cocoa powder and enjoy!
