After the cake is cooled, level it, using a bread knife, try to obtain a flat rectangular shape and place it on a serving platter.
Using a brush, spread the chocolate liqueur over the entire cake.
Spread 4 tablespoons (50g) of homemade jam over the chocolate cake.
Using an offset spatula, gently spread a thin layer of cream cheese frosting over the jam, just enough to cover the jam, try to level it as smooth as possible.
Arrange the blueberries in rows in top left corner to form the “star” portion of the flag.
Line the strawberry slices in 3 rows to form the “stripes".
Take a pipping bag fitted with a big star tip and pipe the frosting between the strawberry rows.
Take another pipping bag fitted with a very small star tip and pipe little white stars over the blueberries.
