(480ml) buttermilk

(45g) butter

Instructions
In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla extract and butter. Add buttermilk and alternate with flour mixture. Mix until well combined.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter. Add up to ⅓ cup of pancake batter.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on top.
Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with honey, maple syrup and fresh berries.
