The frappe is Greece's favorite summer drink based on coffee, but if you want a healthier version, with no caffeine at all, you may want to try this Chicory Frappe. It is as good as the original.

honey

ice cubes
whipped cream
Instructions
Place everything in a blender and blend well until the mixture forms a thick and frothy foam.
Pour the mixture into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and chicory and drink with a straw.
