I have tried the viral cottage cheese pizza trend. This pizza replaces the traditional crust with a protein-packed cottage cheese base, creating a rich and flavorful layer that pairs beautifully with your favorite toppings. It’s light yet satisfying, with a deliciously cheesy taste that pairs perfectly with everything from classic pepperoni to fresh veggies.

  • Preheat the oven to 350F (180C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the cottage cheese crust.

  • In a medium bowl, add cottage cheese with eggs, garlic powder, oregano and flour. Mix to combine.

  • Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and using the back of a spoon, spread the mixture to form a circle.

  • Bake the crust for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

Assemble the pizza.

  • Spread the tomato sauce over the crust.

  • Top with grated mozzarella cheese.

  • Top with salami or pepperoni slices, or your favorite toppings.

  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
