Instructions
In a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in milk and whipping cream.
Add corn, salt, black pepper, sugar and nutmeg. Stir to combine.
Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
