(100g) Feta cheese

(50g) Parmesan cheese

(60g) all-purpose flour

(1g) dried oregano

eggs
Freshly ground black pepper

(50g) breadcrumbs for coating
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
In a large bowl combine the crumbled Feta with grated Cheddar, Gouda and Parmesan cheese.
Add flour, dried oregano, two eggs, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Stir the cheese mixture until well combined.
Form into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls using a cookie scoop and place on a plate.
In a medium non-stick pan heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Use enough oil to half cover the cheese balls.
Roll the cheese balls into breadcrumbs and fry in batches until crispy and golden on all sides.
Transfer to paper towels to drain the excess oil.
Serve with you favorite dipping sauce like marinara sauce, chilli garlic sauce, chilli jam or as a side dish. Enjoy!
