Cut the feta block into two smaller pieces, rectangles or triangles.
Prepare three plates, one with flour, one with sesame seeds and one with the beaten egg.
Dredge the feta pieces into flour.
Dip into the beaten egg. Make sure to cover all sides.

Heat about ¼ cup (60g) olive oil in a frying pan.
Place the feta pieces into the pan and fry until golden brown.
Flip and fry the other side and edges.
