This fresh Peach Salsa is a quick and easy appetizer made with juicy ripe peaches, crisp red onion, sweet red pepper, jalapeño, fresh herbs, and lime juice. The combination of sweet peaches, zesty lime, and a little heat makes this homemade salsa incredibly fresh and flavorful.
Cut the peaches into small pieces and place into a medium bowl.
Chop the onion and red pepper and add to the bowl.
Slice the jalapeno, chop the cilantro or parsley and add to the bowl.
Stir in the lime juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss gently. Gently mix everything together until well combined, being careful not to mash the peaches.
Let it rest. Allow the salsa to sit for 10–15 minutes before serving so the flavors can blend. Serve fresh with tortilla chips or spoon over grilled chicken, fish, shrimp, tacos, or other summer dishes.
