Instructions
Using a sharp knife, carefully cut an X into the skin of each chestnut.
Heat a cast iron pan over medium heat until hot.
Add chestnuts, cover the pan with the lid and roast stirring every few minutes, to roast all sides, for about 15 – 20 minutes.
While they’re still warm, remove the shells and skin. Enjoy!
