Swirl Cookies are always a favorite whenever I take them to a friend or family gathering. They shouldn’t miss the Christmas cookie platter as these Christmas Swirl Cookies are simply irresistible.

For these cookies, I’ve used the recipe I’ve made for vanilla and chocolate swirl cookies and adapted it for making Christmas swirl cookies in 3 colors.  The result is simply amazing, and I must say my daughters enjoyed them a lot.

The recipe is quite easy and as other cookie recipes, these swirl cookies can be easily made in advance. You can freeze and have them ready for the holidays.

If you are in search of holiday chocolate cookies you may also like these Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies. They are so easy to prepare and you can enjoy red velvet cake flavor in minutes. These Easy Chocolate Crinkle Cookies are also easy and very quick to prepare. They are a great choice for special occasions as well. Also, these Candy Cane Double Chocolate Cookies look very festive and have an amazing flavor.

Your ingredient list mentions two eggs but your recipe only mentions adding egg yolks. Do we need to discard the whites?

    1. Ella-HomeCookingAdventure Author says:

you are right.. you need 2 egg yolks for the recipe and you can freeze the whites for later use :).. thank you for letting me know.. I reedited the ingredient list

We made these today and they were fabulous! The only thing I changed st all was to brush a little agave syrup thinned with water so I could roll the log in some sparkly sanding sugar right before baking. So delicious and festive!
